Qualcomm has 33,000 employees spread across 224 offices on four continents. But only 15% of workers claimed to be aware of ImpaQt, Qualcomm’s internal innovation program.
We created a short film revealing the childlike curiosity found within every inventor. It was a cinematic, Sixth Sense-esque way to celebrate the spirit of innovation found at the core of Qualcomm.
The next “season” of ImpaQt saw the number of idea submissions skyrocket above the amount in previous years. The film was used to educate crowds at conferences and symposiums hosted by Qualcomm.
