Essential Functions
  • Manages all projects on-quality, on-time and on-budget
  • Helps support the consistent successful facilitation of programs from estimation through launch and maintenance
  • Monitors project budgets and schedules daily
  • Manages tactical quality of all client deliverables (proofreading, digital requirements)
  • Serves as an Agency advocate during internal communication
  • Accountable for staying within agreed upon budget and informing all parties of any changes to scope/assumptions/issues that arise
  • Manages and updates project work-back schedules
  • Identifies and proactively resolves any deliverables that might fall behind schedule
  • Catches scope creep
  • With Resource Manager, keeps work flowing past bottlenecks
Qualifications & Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field
  • 1-3 years’ experience related work/internship experience, preferable in an agency environment
  • Multi-tasker, detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to effectively communicate across the organization
  • Self-motived and enthusiastic
  • Previous experience using Workamajig and Basecamp is a plus
  • Thrives in a collaborative environment but can also work autonomously
  • Ability to multi-task with great attention to detail and under pressure
