Digital Media Supervisor


We are currently looking for a Digital Media Supervisor with solid digital and social media experience to play an active role in contributing to the strategy and execution of integrated media initiatives for agency clients. The Digital Media Supervisor is a critical member of the Media team and helps our clients maximize their investment and innovation in advertising. This role is responsible for researching, recommending, and guiding the media planning as well as identifying and implementing paid media solutions for a variety of initiatives. Although this role has a focus on digital solutions and management, an overall understanding of the media landscape, including traditional media, is preferred. This position requires a unique blend of online marketing expertise, data analysis, strategic acumen, creative problem-solving and meticulous attention on execution as well as a collaborative team-oriented approach with a solid understanding of our company goals and values. Successful candidates will have a client-centric mindset with the ability to think strategically, be committed to service excellence and demonstrate good judgment and have solid communication skills that provide the ability to interact with all different personality types.

Creative Intern - Fall


Does your graphic design get noticed? Do people love reading the words you write? Be a creative intern and we will help you refine your portfolio. You will learn alongside an office full of eclectic, fun folks. i.d.e.a. is looking for a Creative Intern to join our team for a three month part-time internship for academic credit beginning this Fall.

Operations and HR Intern


We are looking for a part-time intern to support the Operations and Human Resources team for three months this Fall. This internship is for academic credit. We will take the time to teach you, support your individual goals and provide you with responsibility – and have some fun too!
